Whilst we will always strive to give the best possible service to our customers, some factors Please note that couriers are still not guaranteeing a next day delivery though 95% are being delivered on time. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on late deliveries as this is outside our control, we will however continue to monitor deliveries and chase the couriers should the delivery not be on time.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £200 excluding VAT. Most free delivery orders will be delivered within 1-3 days. You can however expediate delivery to a next day service for orders placed before 12 noon by paying an extra cost for the delivery (except Northern Ireland and Islands)
All orders under £200 excluding delivery will carry a cost of £6.95 excluding VAT. Free deliveries and charged deliveries apply to the UK only including the Islands and Northern Ireland . Please call or email us for delivery costs outside of the UK mainland, Islands.
We will do our utmost to deliver items in the required time but as we use couriers we can never guarantee that this will always be the case. Once the item leaves our warehouse we will endeavour to track it and call the couriers to ensure the items are delivered on time, but we would appreciate a call or an email if the item has not been received in the expected period of time.
Returns are excepted on most items (please see website for exclusions). Returns must be logged with us within 7 working days of the receipt of the order and returned to us within 14 working days.
Returns are at the expense of the client unless we have made an error with the order. All items must be unopened and in perfect selling order as received.
Most items will be taken back if they are delivered back to us at your cost. You will also be responsible for the delivery cost incurred by us to send the item to you, the cost of this could be anywhere between £7.50 to £10.00 excluding VAT for the UK mainland, Islands and Northern Ireland, returns outside these areas will be charged at the original cost of delivery.
All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition including all product packaging.
If the cartons have been opened we cannot then resell them as new , so a full refund will not be given on item.
